Senior Change Management Consultant

  • Assesses and determine the scope of change management initiative needs for clients and act as primary POC for client interactions
  • Design and development of change management and deployment deliverables, including case for change, stakeholder analysis, change impact assessment, communication plan, leadership action plan, deployment roadmap, etc.
  • Leverage best practices in organizational change management and deployment models and methodologies to provide consistent processes, tools, and services to clients
  • Implement change management initiatives that ensure stakeholders are knowledgeable, prepared, and motivated for the changes and develop the necessary skills needed for success
  • Monitor and manage cross-functional teams to ensure critical activities are completed
  • Manage change adoption efforts by facilitating measurement activities and analyzing results
  • Define and communicate anticipated organizational, process, and technology change impacts and measure receptiveness and adoption
  • Apply transformation measurement tools and execute action plans based on assessment results
  • Drive consistency in change management plans and messaging through consistent adoption of new and existing communication, training, and measurement channels and vehicles
  • Accountable for the timely and quality submission of client deliverables
  • 5-7 years of change management experience in corporate setting or for a consulting company
  • Knowledge of organizational change management methodologies and best practices
  • Certification in change management methodologies is desired
  • Proven experience in a consulting and/or client-facing environment
  • Desire to work with Zolicity’s leadership to formulate strategies to expand client relationships
  • Strong organizational skills: knowledge of the processes, metrics & tools to analyze organizational change issues and drive transformational solutions
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Bachelor’s degree required.  Advanced degree in related specialization is desirable
  • Proven track record of delivery: having a results-oriented mentality and are highly-effective at coordination, execution, and follow-up.
