Director of Change Management Operations

  • Director of OCM operations is a senior leadership position within Zolicity with exciting opportunities for growth and high levels of responsibility
  • Expand the Zolicity brand by networking and prospecting for new clients and projects
  • Determine client needs, create competitive pricing schedules, and pitch OCM plans to new clients
  • Collaborate with clients to determine the scope of their change management needs
  • Design and develop change management plans and implementation deliverables
  • Build and lead team of consultants and manage change initiatives for multiple projects
  • Leverage best practices in change management and deployment models and methodologies to provide consistent processes, tools, and services to clients
  • Implement change management initiatives that ensure stakeholders are knowledgeable, prepared, and motivated for the changes and develop the necessary skills needed for success
  • Monitor and manage cross-functional teams to ensure critical activities are completed
  • Manage change adoption efforts by facilitating measurement activities and analyzing results
  • Define and communicate anticipated organizational, process, and technology change impacts and measure receptiveness and adoption
  • Apply transformation measurement tools and execute action plans based on assessment results
  • Drive consistency in change management plans and messaging through consistent adoption of new and existing communication, training, and measurement channels and vehicles
  • Accountable for the timely and quality submission of client deliverables
  • 10+ years of change management experience in corporate setting or for a consulting company
  • Knowledge of organizational change management methodologies and best practices
  • Certification in change management methodologies is desired
  • Proven experience with track record of results in a consulting/client-facing environment
  • Desire to work with Zolicity’s leadership to formulate strategies to expand client base and relationships
  • Excellent organizational skills, including knowledge of the processes, metrics & tools to analyze organizational change issues and drive sustainable solutions
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Bachelor’s degree required.  Advanced degree in related specialization is desirable
  • Must have a results-oriented mentality and be highly-effective at coordination, execution, and follow-up.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills (MS Visio, MS PowerPoint, MS Word)
  • Strong project management, presentation, and sales skills
  • Comfort handling and managing multiple assignments
  • Ability to travel as needed
  • Strategic thinking skills and active listening skills
  • Self-starter, great attitude, team player
