Responsibilities
- Assesses and determine the scope of change management needs for clients and act as primary POC for client interactionsWork with team lead to design and implement end-to-end change management solutions best suited to client needs
- Assesses stakeholder groups, define and communicates anticipated organizational, process, and technology change impacts and measure receptiveness and adoption
- Applying transformation measurement tools and metrics within the project context and/or business area and execute action plans based on assessment results
- Drive consistency in change management plans and messaging through consistent adoption of new and existing communication, training, and measurement channels and vehicles
- Clearly demonstrate commitment and participation to team goals and objectives
- Accountable for the timely and quality submission of client deliverables
Qualifications
- 4+ years of change management experience in corporate setting or for a consulting company
- Knowledge of organizational change management methodologies and best practices
- Certification in change management methodologies is desired
- Strong organizational skills, including knowledge of the processes, metrics & tools to analyze organizational change issues and drive transformational solutions
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Bachelor’s degree required. Master’s degree preferred but not required
- Proven track record of delivery: having a results-oriented mentality and are highly-effective at coordination, execution, and follow-up.
- Comfort handling and managing multiple assignments
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strategic thinking and active listening skills
- Ability to travel to client site as needed
